- Cancel an order
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before shipment through email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number mentioned in the subject line or call on +91 9868 002 009 (10AM - 7PM) with your order details.
Order will be cancelled in a week and full amount will be refunded through Check/Bank Transfer.
- Modify order after it has been placed
Yes, You can modify your order before shipment by mailing us on email@example.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
Modification would include:
- change in shipping address of your order
- adding “Message” for your loved ones
- Gift wrapping the product, in case you forget to do it at checkout. (additional charges for gift wrapping as applicable would be charged)

Product(s) can be returned within 5 business days from the date of delivery, only if they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
Just contact our Customer Support and provide Order ID details. Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

For replacement/refund, the product must be returned within 5 business days from the date of delivery, failing which the warranty will be void and customer will not be eligible for any replacement or refund.We will ensure brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost once we receive the original shipment from customer within the mentioned time frame. Replacement will be done when the customer's claim is found to be correct post verification.
An item may will be considered damaged or in defective condition and be eligible for return/replacement within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- has missing parts or accessories
- is different from what was ordered
Item will not qualify for return/replacement if only the box containing the product is not in mint condition.
Please ensure product is in unused and original condition with price tags intact, labels, user manual, original accessories and in original packing along with the invoice.
Certain products (socks, footwear accessories, eye masks etc.)where personal hygiene is a part of product use are not applicable for return.
Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.
- Reverse pickups

In case reverse pick up is not applicable, please ensure that the product/s should be unused and should be shipped along with original packaging to:

- Refund Policy
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced free of cost with a brand new product. Your request will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the claim and replacement product will be sent within 7 business days. The refund is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available.
In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM.
